翻開(kāi)略帶清香的書頁(yè)，潔凈的紙上迸出一些辭句：“退一步天高地闊，讓三分心平氣和”，總會(huì)溢出一種智慧――寬容。書本告訴我們，寬容是一種高尚的品德;父親告訴我們，寬容是一種成功的心境;母親告訴我們，寬容是烘焙感情的暖爐;老師告訴我們寬容是一把解讀人生的鑰匙。一顆擁有寬容的心，就像天空一樣高遠(yuǎn)，像大海一樣深邃，它超脫于凡塵俗世的瑣碎，情系于朗朗乾坤的瀟灑。生活有了寬容，我們的天空不再陰霾風(fēng)雨;我們有了寬容，生活的土壤一派盎然春意。

難忘記，當(dāng)上村官兒的那個(gè)日子。20_年9月27號(hào)。這一天，我正式成為了一名工作人員，一名服務(wù)農(nóng)村的工作人員，一名大學(xué)生村官兒。就像20_年6月8號(hào)我正式成為一名黨員的那天一樣，我激動(dòng)，我興奮，我驕傲。

難忘記，老百姓那高興的眼神。在鎮(zhèn)財(cái)政所，我主要的工作是審核家電下鄉(xiāng)的信息，老百姓每買一臺(tái)家電，就有一份單子需要經(jīng)過(guò)我的手進(jìn)行審核。雖然每天的工作比較單調(diào)，但是審核的單子越多，就越說(shuō)明老百姓們生活變好了，國(guó)家家電下鄉(xiāng)的惠民政策落實(shí)了。老百姓那高興的眼神，是我了解國(guó)家惠民政策的力量源泉，是我認(rèn)真審核每一份單子的精神食糧，是我回訪每位購(gòu)買者的不竭動(dòng)力!這幾年國(guó)家的政策都在向三農(nóng)傾斜，每項(xiàng)惠民政策能不能落實(shí)好，能不能讓老百姓都受益，多思利民之策、多謀為民之舉、多做惠民之事，是我們每個(gè)基層工作者都應(yīng)該思考的問(wèn)題。這讓我更多的感覺(jué)到了身上的一份責(zé)任，一份使命——為人民服務(wù)的使命!

難忘記，基層工作者的默默奉獻(xiàn)。在秋收防火工作的一線，晝夜巡防在田間地頭，兩三天才能回一次家;在十維穩(wěn)工作期間，20多天沒(méi)能回家。這些工作，看似沒(méi)有什么技術(shù)含量可言，但它需要一份責(zé)任心，一份對(duì)待工作的認(rèn)真態(tài)度;這些工作，從一開(kāi)始的新鮮感到后來(lái)的疲憊，我真切體會(huì)到凡事想要做好都不容易;這些工作，只是基層工作的任務(wù)縮影，真所謂“不識(shí)廬山真面目, 只緣身在此山中”，我真切體會(huì)到基層工作者的不容易。20多天不能回家，對(duì)于我們新來(lái)的沒(méi)有什么家庭負(fù)擔(dān)的一群人，幾乎沒(méi)有什么大不了，可是想想周圍的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、大哥大姐們，他們上有老、下有小，但我從來(lái)沒(méi)有聽(tīng)到他們有任何一句的抱怨，沒(méi)有看到他們有一絲的工作懈怠。他們帶著強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心，抱著認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的工作態(tài)度，日夜奮戰(zhàn)、無(wú)怨無(wú)悔。這種精神，在悄無(wú)聲息的感化著我，這種精神，在慢慢的注入我的骨髓。有這樣一群有干勁的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事，我相信，在他們的影響下、幫助下，不管再苦再累的工作，我同樣可以像他們一樣努力的做到最好!

難忘記，轉(zhuǎn)變身份后的渴望。從一個(gè)學(xué)生跨步到一名工作者，身份的轉(zhuǎn)變，我沒(méi)有不適應(yīng)，更多的是對(duì)各種工作的好奇，更多的是在想我能做多少，我能把自己的工作做到有多好，年輕人都渴望得到別人的認(rèn)可，渴望得到他人的肯定，我也一樣!我從小就想做個(gè)對(duì)他人有意義的人，從小學(xué)到大學(xué)接受的教育就是做個(gè)對(duì)社會(huì)有用的人，對(duì)國(guó)家有用的人，對(duì)他人有用的人。我希望看到別人對(duì)我投來(lái)信任的眼神，希望看到我?guī)Ыo他人多多的歡樂(lè)!

難忘記，選擇工作的糾結(jié)判定。我大學(xué)學(xué)的是計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè)，目前這是一個(gè)熱門的專業(yè)，也是一個(gè)容易找到一份收入不錯(cuò)工作的專業(yè)。但當(dāng)北京工作的通知和大學(xué)生村官的通知同時(shí)出現(xiàn)在我的面前時(shí)，我猶豫了，是去北京拿一個(gè)月四千的工作并且半年后提升項(xiàng)目組長(zhǎng)的機(jī)會(huì)，還是去當(dāng)這個(gè)只有三年合同一個(gè)月1700塊錢并且我所學(xué)的技術(shù)大部分都會(huì)無(wú)用武之地村官。因?yàn)橛羞x擇，我糾結(jié)了好多天，想了很多，到底什么才是我想要的。最終我選擇了來(lái)到這里，選擇了自己的家鄉(xiāng)，選擇了做一名基層的服務(wù)人員。因?yàn)樵谖业膬?nèi)心深處總有一種聲音在回蕩，那就是，我是一名黨員，應(yīng)該扎根基層，應(yīng)該去為人民服務(wù)。那就是，我是一名從農(nóng)村走出來(lái)的大學(xué)生，應(yīng)該將自己的所有精力奉獻(xiàn)回饋在農(nóng)村。那就是，我有著家鄉(xiāng)的情節(jié)，這里是我的家!還記得第一天從鎮(zhèn)上的宿舍里醒來(lái)時(shí)睜開(kāi)眼看到窗外的一片田地，聽(tīng)到鳥兒們?cè)谕饷孢筮笤慕新暎詈粑劦揭魂囮囙l(xiāng)土的氣息。心敞亮了，笑開(kāi)心了，那時(shí)我便肯定的知道了我的選擇是正確的。我相信，在這里我一樣可以展現(xiàn)自我的價(jià)值，一樣可以有一個(gè)無(wú)悔的青春!
